S3 and Minio storage experts around? Tom @thomas
wrote a blog post (in German) where he wonders why files that are smaller than 4K (1 block) consume 570% more space. According to his calculation the total amount used by these small files is 731MB, on S3 they occupy 4167MB. The path is Mastodon -> Minio -> S3. Could be additional metadata or something, but he is really wondering what is happening here.
