one of the things I love about Wikipedia is that you can have a relatively long article about the history of people getting confused about the correct number of snakes to put on your medical logo

I am normally by default a stickler whenever there is stickling to be done, but I have a sentimental attachment to the two-snake version because I was long ago a student with a Divison of Medical Sciences, a PhD program at a medical school, and their logo was the DNA double helix but each strand had a snake head and I thought (and still think, if you ignore the snake number controversy) that that is deeply clever and cool.
@stevegis_ssg I'll give them a pass, that does sound like a cool design
Hermes was also the god of wisdom iirc so I'd say in that context it can work
