Looking for private instance messengers, Matrix is ok but the over-secure design makes it hard for normals to cope with phone changes etc

@ripienaar I'd like it also if they followed some of the Zulip UX, especially forcing threads. Noone really needs "chat"

@ripienaar would probably make uncoordinated updates easier to manage too
