@erick the part that I was missing when I did this with Kineto was making RSS autodiscovery work (e.g. the special link in the html head to the RSS feed), BTW. That's one of the reasons why I didn't do it.
(Also note that adding /x/ plus a host + path in Kineto by default proxies everything.)
@yo I discovered the /x/ proxy and was not entirely happy about it but also didn’t consider it a blocker for a few days.
This morning while commuting to the office I got a patch for this behavior that will be adding later when I’m back home. My approach was to add a new “-p” argument that allows me to provide a custom Portal URL for any external URLs like https://portal.mozz.us.
@erick nice! Yeah, I think I figured out a way to fix this. Unfortunately, I really didn't link to many Gemini URLs in my blog, so it's not important. (And my current version of my blog does not address this either.)
