Hot take: Are you really #SelfHosting if your apps are running on a cloud server?

I’d say no if I’m feeling picky, because someone else is hosting your server, and you’re just an admin.

But given that many internet providers don’t make it easy—whether because there’s no way to access your server from the internet or their upload speeds are terrible—I’d be more relaxed about what self-hosting means.
